About…

Hi,

I'm Caroline, Ealing resident for the past decade. I emerged from the pandemic with a bouncy baby in 2021 but found myself clueless and overwhelmed.

I think all mums who had their babies during Covid had a different experience and perhaps were not able to forge any long lasting connections with other mums throughout their pregnancies due to all the restrictions we had to put up with or access as much information or face to face meetings with professionals.

Before I had my daughter I was running a Production and Dance agency with my friend and business partner who is now based in LA.

For seven years, we worked with Beyoncé’s team, my then idol!

We were managing her Creative Director and Choreographer at the time and casting / coordinating dancers on her music videos and live shows. It then evolved to working into more of a production role as a Creative Producer on live shows and eventually working with artists like Jennifer Lopez, Usher, Paula Abdul, Coldplay, Kelly Rowland, Macy Gray, etc.

Although I am still working at my Production Company, I’m finding it incredibly tough to do so at least at the same level as I had been before.

My partner is currently holding the fort while I pop in and out between nursery picks up and playdates.

So right now I’m just trying to figure out the next move! What does work look like now?

I love spending time with my daughter and seeing her grow and right now she’s my priority but when she gets older and more independent, I’m not exactly sure what the future holds.

So in the interim, I wanted to set up a community for mums in the area to connect and share information with each other and feel less alone.

Let’s bond over tantrums, caffeine and the eternal quest for adult conversation.
